​In 1978, a group of Maryland graduates founded RJ Bentley's. For over 30 years, Bentley's has been a defining landmark of College Park, deeply rooted in Maryland tradition. From the unique decor adorning our walls to the groups of people dancing on our floors, Bentley's is sure to be the best night in College Park.
1928:
What is now known as RJ Bentley's "Filling Station" was originally a 1920's gas station known as College Park Auto Place.
1956:
A Hudson dealership joined College Park Auto Place on the main drag in College Park.
1978:
RJ Bentley's Filling Station was founded as a welcoming "roadhouse" for College Park residents and alumni. The interior was decorated with antique automobile accessories and lisense plates in order to keep the restaurant's unique history.
Today:
RJ Bentley's Restaurant continues to provide the College Park community with a casual and relazing dining experience, as well as up-beat and exciting night on the town.
